Bo-D Tuxedo has been serving the Antelope Valley area of California since 1990. We understand that there are many questions you might have when renting a tuxedo. Here are some of the frequently asked questions that we get at Bo-D TUXEDO.
QUESTION: When do I get fit? ANSWER: Sooner the better and it’s never too late. Weddings and Quinceañeras are asked to have all members fit at least 14 or 21 days prior to pick-up, depending upon styles selected. It is recommended that Prom orders be placed 21 days in advance to insure the best selection. See store regarding Same Day or Priority Service rates. Additional fees may apply to group members not meeting the fitting guidelines.
QUESTION: What if I live out of the area? ANSWER: First, download our Measurement Form from the Forms Tab. Then, open our Measurement Guide from the Forms Tab. Using a standard measuring tape follow the guide to obtain the necessary measurements. Submit your order by phone before the order deadline.
QUESTION: What is included in a rental package? ANSWER: The coat selected dictates the package price. The package includes coat, fitted pants, fitted shirt; studs and cuff links, vest, tie and handkerchief, and modern style shoes. You are complete and ready to go! There are some things that alter a price; extra days, add on items, separates, etc. Please call for answers to unique scenarios.
QUESTION: When do I pay? ANSWER: A $20.00 minimum payment is required at the time of your fitting. Your balance is due at pick-up. $60.00 down or prepaid by credit card apply to some orders; call for details. Additional fees apply to any items returned late, lost or damaged.
QUESTION: When do I pick up and return? ANSWER: Weekend rentals have a final fitting at pick up on Friday. Immediate alterations are performed if necessary. Prom rentals return on Sunday during regular store hours. Weekend rentals return on Monday during regular store hours. Mid week and extended rentals are available. Days and hours of operation are subject to change due to holidays, please call for current information.
